The top 5 most sought after outdoor features are exterior lighting, a rear porch, a front porch, a patio, and a deck. Over 75% of buyers desire at least one of these features with a higher desire for luxuries like an outdoor kitchen, a built-in grill or fireplace—which increase with price.
