Having lived in Chico for over 50 years (Jen) we understand why people love this town! Our family, friends, and business roots run deep in Chico. Our family farmed almonds and oranges and later developed Big Chico Estates in the 1980s and Bailey Creek Golf Course in Lake Almanor, which we still own and manage. The Hughes side of the family also owns Hughes Ski Hut and Hughes Hardwoods. Our family loves sports, traveling and all that Chico and Lake Almanor have to offer.

I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 1999 and have 6 years of experience in lending. I have originated and processed purchase, refinance, and construction loans. I am a 1985 graduate of Chico High School and Heald Business College. I am a specialist in Luxury Properties – A Guild Member of the Institute for Luxury Home marketing’s Million Dollar Club.

I worked in Southern California in Medical Recruiting but decided to come back to my hometown in 2020 and jump into the Real Estate field.
