About Chadwick
I proudly served our country in the Coast Guard as a Rescue Swimmer right after high school. Afterwards, I put myself through college, working side jobs in sales and construction. With a Bachelor’s Degree in 2012 from Cal State Long Beach I decided to move to Northern California to pursue a career in fire. During that time, I started in real estate as an agent with Coldwell Banker Kehr/O’Brien in the Lake Almanor Basin, with Tim O’Brien as my mentor. My time in Lake Almanor as an agent and assisting my wife, Heather in Coldwell Banker’s property management program, gave me a wonderful introduction to and appreciation of the real estate industry. In 2017, Heather and I moved to Chico to raise our two very young, active children, Dane and Brianna. They are my world, and I find myself wanting to do and see everything through their eyes. We have come to love our new community in Chico, raising our children in a small town that allows for quality family time, and making new likeminded friends.
These last few years, as a firefighter, I’ve realized a strong desire to rekindle my real estate career. I envision myself helping first time buyers and giving back to fellow firefighters, military
families, and veterans to help them find their forever home. I believe my background in sales, construction and fire will showcase my ability to be work well under pressure, problem solve, and negotiate for my clients. When I am not spending time coaching, or participating in our children’s activities, my other love is to surf with old military and college friends in Southern California. And now golf has entered my life as my kids take it up with natural skill and energy. I hope I can keep up.
