About Jami
I was born and raised in a busy Southern California suburb in Fontana. I grew up learning hard work from my blue-collar family and have always loved to be involved. In 2000 my family moved to Oroville to start over and I have never looked back. When I see Table Mountain, I know I’m home and I have a deep love for the rural yet evolving area of Butte County. I have a passion for learning and am proud to be the first college graduate in my family. My degrees are in Social and Behavioral Science and Language. After college, I moved to Barcelona, Spain to be a nanny for six little girls and attended a language school there. I thrive on challenges, and I met my career match with real estate. What I love most about being a realtor is that every day is different from the last. One day you are watching a backhoe pull roots out of a dilapidated septic tank and the next you are showing a beautiful new construction home that hasn’t yet met its first family. Communication and negotiating are two of my strengths and have guided my real estate career so far. When I work with buyers and sellers my phone is always on and I am always working. Whether it’s showings at 9 pm or early morning check-ins before you go to work, I will make sure you always feel heard and up to date.
I am an active member of our local community and take pride in being on the Board of Directors for the Oroville Association of Realtors. I enjoy being involved in Butte County and love watching it grow. If you are looking for an agent with local knowledge and hard work ethics give me a call!
