About Kami
As a Chico native, I’m intimately familiar with many aspects of our great community, including family needs, local schools, favorite businesses, and desirable real estate opportunities. After graduating with a communications degree & teaching credential from Chico State I worked as a graphic designer for local companies. Family life took me to the bay area and eventually to Napa Valley for many years where I balanced kids, career, and buying and rehabbing investment properties. I returned to Chico and have spent many years in education while raising my two boys. During this time, I’ve continued to invest in and rehab residential properties.
The favorite part of my job is meeting new people, introducing them to the city and ensuring that one of their largest investments is a smart choice. As a longtime teacher, I value clear and honest communication, hard work, and attention to detail. I pride myself on actionable plans to make the real estate process as smooth as possible. My goal is to earn my clients’ business for life. In my spare time, you can find me in the kitchen, garden, pickle ball court, or hanging out with my sweet dog, Baxter.
