About Kim
I have lived in Chico since 1977. Like so many before, and after me, I came here to attend Butte College and Chico State and never left. Though I am not a native Chicoan, I consider myself a local! I met my husband in college and raised our two sons here as well. My real estate career spans more than 30 years, with a detour into the management of a locally owned real estate company over the last 8 years. Getting back into sales has been rejuvenating and my recent move to Parkway Real Estate Co. has given me the reboot to get back into the business of helping people buy and sell real estate.
My experiences in real estate sales, management and 1031 exchanges have added to the knowledge I use to represent my clients. My standards of practice are solid, consistent and you never have to wonder about the process. All of my business is by referral and I consider that to be the highest compliment any agent could ask for.
