With the first day of Fall now behind us we are all excited here at Parkway for the change in season. The cooler mornings, earlier sunsets and the slow emergence of fall colors in our Chico trees, fills us all with hope that the needed rain will arrive soon to wash the lingering ash and help suppress the relentless fires that have ravaged the west coast this year.
