About Samantha
Born and raised in a big city, I have found comfort in the small town atmosphere here in Chico. After being offered a scholarship to play softball at Chico State University and then graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Business, my husband and I decided Butte County was the only place that we could see ourselves raise a family. We bought a house in Paradise and began the next big step in life, parenthood. In 2015 and 2016 we welcomed our sons and even though we loved our little slice of Paradise, realized that Chico is what we were really missing. We moved back down into the valley from the ridge shortly after my husband accepted the role as a loan officer at a local lending company. In 2018, I decided to get my real estate license after falling in love with the process of buying and selling our own properties. I wanted to help others realize the dream of owning their own home was possible! I would be honored to help you see the same potential and not only get you into your dream home but also to help strengthen our community one neighbor at a time. My main goal is to strive for flawless communication throughout the entire process and make sure my clients are happy and the deal is done with minimal stress to you.
