About Tatjana
Raised on the small Island of Kauai, Hawaii, Tatjana Zina grew up in a property investment family and learned the value of managing and maintaining multiple income generating properties. Tatjana moved to Northern California to complete her Bachelor's degree at Chico State University, and immediately fell in love with the area and the amazing community that she now calls home. After graduating from Chico State, she entered into the vacation property management industry overseeing luxury homes and condos from Honolulu.
Since earning her real estate license in California, Tatjana sold segmented deeded condos in Carmel, California. She moved back to Chico in 2017 and now manages her business with Parkway Real Estate. In her free time she enjoys being with her loved ones, spending time outdoors, traveling back to Kauai and exploring new places.
