I have been a full-time, full-service Realtor in Chico for many years. I came to Chico in 1973 to attend Chico State University, graduated with a B.S.  in Health Science, and never left!  I decided that this was the perfect town to raise a family and build my Real Estate career. I specialize in residential listings and sales, and I also have a strong background in residential income property and college housing.  With 40 years of experience, I can confidently assure you that I will make your transaction smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
